Messages are stored in the administration area of this website and a copy is sent to our company email. The website hosting and email services are provided by international providers, so your data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside the Sultanate of Oman. By accepting this policy you consent to this transfer. We use providers that apply appropriate security safeguards, and we do not transfer your data for any other purpose.

Only authorised staff can access your data. We share it with third parties only when it is needed to provide the hosting and email services above, or when the law requires it.

We keep your messages only for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal requirements, and then delete them.
